Kiviset ja Soraset on charm quilt. Kahta samanlaista palaa ei tällä kertaa löydy, tarkoitus oli yksi pala tuplata mutta sitten kolmioita oli jo ylimääräisiä ja se jäi sitten pois kuitenkin. Palat ovat leijan muotoisia, ja kolmesta palasta tulee aina yksi kolmio. Isosta kuvasta näet tarkemmin. Peiton yksi sivu on reilut 100 cm ja halkaisija isoimmalta kohtaa reilut 200 cm. The Flintstones is a charm quilt. I intended to include one duplicate, but then I had more triangles than I needed, and the duplicate piece was left out after all. The pieces are kite shaped. Three kites make a triangle. You can see it better if you click for a big picture. Each side of the quilt is 40 inches and the diameter from point to point is 80 inches. But where does the name come from? There is a piece in the middle of the quilt where Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble are having a snowball fight.
