Wallhanging Rihmarulla (spool of thread) in Spools pattern (what a fun 6½" block! I really enjoyed making them). Machine pieced, hand quilted, 38 x 21" by size. Made for my parents and handed over on Mother´s day. Notice the striped binding - I bought the material for another project (very good colors for it, at last! I´ve been hunting the perfect print for ages) and look how nicely it suits this one too!

Rihmarulla sai nimensä Spools-mallista (oikein mukava 6½ tuuman blokki). Se on ommeltu koneella ja tikattu käsin, ja kooltaan se on 98 x 54 cm. Tein sen vanhemmilleni. Huomaa poikkiraidallinen reunakaitale - ostin sen erästä projektia varten (erittäin sopivat värit, lopultakin! on niitä etsittykin) ja kas vain miten se sopi tämänkin reunaan!
