Narrow strips keep piling up, and some of them are too narrow for anything. Even those can be used for these blocks. String-X pattern can be found here. For border I had this piece of batik (Thank you, Marty!) that matched the blocks in the center so well! The quilt is 43" by size and it´s sewn by machine and quilted by hand.

Kapeita suikaleita kertyy vähitellen, ja jotkut ovat liian kapeita yhtään mihinkään. Tähän malliin käyvät nekin! String-X malli löytyy täältä. Reunaa varten löytyi batikki joka oli kuin tehty tätä varten. Kooltaan tilkkutyö on 110 cm kanttiinsa, ja se on ommeltu koneella ja tikattu käsin.
